Holiday Greetings!
I hope your Holidays have been safe and enjoyable.
I am spending most of my time back east due to a family health situation. I traveled to San Diego for a few weeks to attend our annual Board Retreat and the REA Holiday Party; speaking of which, we had an outstanding party at the Bali Hai Restaurant on December 13th. Over 90 members and guests attended the party and enjoyed great food, fun, and company. Our 2023 Holiday Party will be on December 12th. Save the date.
This year’s REA Outstanding Service Award was given to Karen Butler. A long time REA member, Karen has consistently volunteered to help with Board projects. Importantly, Karen just ended 10 outstanding years as our REA Treasurer. Thanks Karen.
Continuing thanks to Vice President Mike Bresnahan for backing me up while I am out of town. Please see his Advocacy Committee report, below, for an overview of some of the goals the REA Board developed for 2023.
